Every supplier working with OCF is expected to:

Act honestly — no bribery, fraud, collusion or false statements.
Declare any relationship with OCF staff, board members or evaluators.
Protect children: comply with OCF’s safeguarding and PSEA requirements at all times.
Respect labour rights and never use child labour or forced labour.
Deliver what was offered, on time and to the agreed quality.

Breaches may lead to disqualification, contract termination, suspension or blacklisting.
