Our Approach

What we measure, we can improve

We track attendance, learning progress and participation before and after every intervention. Baseline research, field monitoring visits and community feedback help us learn what works — and change what doesn’t.

We believe in full transparency: the majority of every donation goes directly to programs and community initiatives.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

How we learn

  • Baseline research before each new program
  • Field monitoring visits to project schools and communities
  • Community dialogue with parents, leaders and young people
  • Transparent reporting to partners and donors
